2. HERBAL TINCTURES

What is a Herbal Tincture (HT)?
Our Herbal Tincture is the undiluted solution of a herbal substance in
alcohol. It is made by steeping during at least 4 months specific parts of a dried plant or fresh herb in alcohol which will extract the plant’s natural ingredients as well as act as a preservative.

2. MULTIPLE HERBS HT
· Moxibustion HT : Moxibustion treats and prevents diseases by applying heat to acupuncture points or certain locations of the body. This moxa Herbal Tincture (HT) combines several Chinese herbs into a preparation which is easy-to-use with a moxa treatment which will promote the circulation of Blood and Qi and strengthen your resistance to diseases.
· Reh 6 HT : diabetes, weak muscles and bones, impotence, nocturnal emission, chronic nephritis
· Reh 8 HT : menopausal disorders, kidney disorders, chronic urinary bladder disorders, diabetes, neurasthenia, absentmindedness, lumbago, premature ejaculation and impotence, sciatica and deformed vertebra, hemorrhoids
· BP Stomach HT :gatro-intestinal weakness, gastritis, gastric ulcer, poor digestion and chronic peritonitis.
· Ginseng and Tang-kuei HT : Blood and Qi deficiency, menstrual irregularities, anemia, infertility, absent-mindedness, palpitations, headaches, insomnia, spasms, limb weakness, for recovery after loss of blood from surgery or childbirth.
· Constipation HT : habitual constipation and constipation in the elderly and in febrile diseases, food poisoning and acute gastroenteritis.
· MHG Cold and Cough HT : acute and chronic bronchitis, common cold, cough, asthma.
· Digestion HT :chronic gastroenteritis, anorexia after an illness or due to a lack of nutrition, children’s failure to develop.
· Urinary Tract Gentiana HT :urinary tract problems, vaginal inflammation, itching and pain in the genital area, venereal ulcer, inflammation of the testes and eczema in the genital area.
· Vitality HT : gastro-intestinal weakness, poor digestion, rheumatic pains and pruritis in the elderly.
· Insomnia Zizyphus HT : Insomnia, heart palpitations and night sweats, dreamful absent-mindedness, neurosis.
· Trauma Mahuang-Ginseng HT : arthritis, edema and bronchitis, cerebrovascular accidents marked by motor, sensory and speech problems, accompanied by headaches, general aching, numbness, spasms and thirst; hemiplegia,

For payments, please use bank wire transfer or international check or money orders.
Delivery : all orders should reach you within 10 days of order confirmation.

Thai International Postal Service orders of 10kg or less are shipped by Registered Thai Airmail. Delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. By using local postal services from country to country, customs can generally be avoided, as smaller packages are considered as samples or souvenirs.
TNT Global Express - for orders over 10 or 20kg, TNT provides door to door Air service in 4 to 5 days. Please include your phone number with your order for tracking and contact purposes.
Thai Airways Freight - for orders over 100kg, Thai Airways International provides service to your nearest airport with a customs facility. Please let us know which airport is nearest to your delivery location. The airport does not have to be serviced by Thai Airways as they have relationships with other air and ground couriers to most destinations.
UPS, DHL, FEDEX - UPS does not except dried plant products. If you use FEDEX or DHL, we may bill your account. Please contact them directly concerning restrictions and requirements of dried plant products and tea.

Import Fees, Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with importing product into your country. We will try to help you with this process by recommending a shipping solution based on order size and providing required documentation.
For residents of the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and all EC countries, Import Permits are required for all orders. Complete information for USA customers on how to apply for your free Import Permit can be found online at the US Department of Agriculture and details on how goods enter the country can be found at US Customs with an introduction for new importers.
We supply the following import documents at your request:
· Phytosanitary Certificates (Phyto) from Thailand's Department of Agriculture ~ $10 to $12 per order.
· Certificate of Origin (CO) from Thailand's Ministry of Commerce ~ $10 per order.
· Copy of the Thai FDA registration approval : US$ or Euro 10 per order.
These documents may take 1 hour to 5 working days to process. Please allow for additional time to process your order.
We do not know of any import restrictions or duty for our Jiaogulan products. Tea products may be subject to duty in many countries.
We cannot be held responsible for product that does not arrive due to import restrictions or customs requirements. If your order is confiscated and destroyed you will receive a receipt from customs as proof of delivery that serves as conclusion of our contract.
If you wish to avoid importing costs and details contact, we can direct you to existing distributors in your area.

Invoice, Airway bills & Import Documentation

We will need some details from you to properly ship herbs and tea to your door. Please give us the following details when you prepare your order.
· Shipping Contact Name, Company, Address and Phone
· Billing Contact Name, Company, Address and Phone (if different from Shipping)
· Documentation for product to enter your country. Include necessary codes if product needs to be encoded with a Tax or Duty Code specific to a given product.
· Phytosanitary Certificate
· Certificate of Origin
· Thailand Organic Certification
· Other documents as required, etc...

What do you need?
When shipping herbs, they are sometimes classified as herbs or dried vegetable product to legally avoid costly tea taxes in some countries. Just tell us your documentation requirements.
